ActionCLUB Group Coaching Programme
ActionCLUB is an amazing 12 month programme for start-ups and smaller businesses.
Aim: By the end of this group coaching programme you will:
- Have a clear Vision for your business and yourself
- Have mastered the business basics, both financial and your personal productivity
- Have developed business systems to accommodate future growth
- Understand what makes you different and why that will attract customers
- Be able to market your business much more effectively
- Have a sales process that really works time and again
- Have a greater understanding of how to lead people and build a great team.
And the option to:
- Gain clarity on future direction for you and your business and what you need to be working on.
- Put your plans for success into Action with a winning plan.
Approach
There are eight monthly 3 hour workshop sessions plus four quarterly full-day 90 Day Planning workshops (GrowthCLUB) with the option to invest in an Alignment Session with your Coach.
The eight workshop sessions will deliver the understanding of finance, marketing, sales, systems, teambuilding and leadership to help you get the maximum return from your business.
All sessions will be interactive and activity based where applicable, and the emphasis will be on learning by doing. You will be required to undertake the relevant “homefun” to increase the depth of understanding so you can then immediately apply what you have learned in your business. The coaching team and your ActionCLUB peers will be there to help you with some of the practical challenges that may arise.
One to One time
Each ActionCLUB member will receive a short accountability call from their coach in the period between each of the workshops. There will also be some limited one-to-one time with the coaching team available during the group working sessions on each training day. Any time available will be on a first come first serve basis. For more detailed one to one coaching or training, the participant may like to consider upgrading to a one to one coaching programme.
Participants
Each company is entitled to bring up to two people for the entire programme.

Marketing Strategy, USPs and Guarantees
This Module will teach you how to identify what is unique about your business and how to turn it into an incredibly powerful sales tool.

Niche Marketing for Growth and the 5 Ways to Increased Profit
This module will cover the aspects of marketing that really work for your business, which will enable you to take your business over the top.

Sales made Simple
This Module will teach you about the different types of salespeople and sales processes.
